Wandering Ganesha

About me

IMG_3650I’m a father of two living in the San Francisco bay area. Married to a gracious wife that supports my passion for two wheels. I have many goals and dreamsΒ that I hope to chronicle here.

I’ve been focusing on competitive long distance riding. Now that I’ve finished the Iron Butt Rally I’m turning my attention to seeing the world by motorcycle. However, I’m now going to stop and enjoy what I’ve previously just passed though.

This blog is to chronicle my adventures to share with friends and strangers.

Why Wandering Ganesha? Ganesha is the remover of obstacles. I’m not overly religious, but we all need help achieving our dreams.

Nice write up, Steven! Glad that you’ll slow down a little now to stop and smell the roses. πŸ˜‰

I’m loving your blog. Please keep it going!

I also have a TEX, what is that seat you use? Where you the engineer and manufacturer of your fuel system, or is it buyable somewhere?

    Thanks!

Hey Jim, The seat is a Russel day-long saddle. They are hard and not very stylish, but good for the long haul.

The Fuel tank I designed and had welded. I’ll be doing a post on it, and can give you the plans to have one built.

      Steve
